Key features-
Billet Turbo pedestal- CNC Machined from a brick of steel for years of crack free use which is a well known failure point in other L5P S400 kits. Pedestal also has a 45mm wastegate provision.
5" 6061 Aluminum Intake- True 5" mandrel bent intake TIG welded for aesthetic and strong welds. Billet MAF bung with correct placement for easy MAF scaling which has been tested through all the big L5P tuning names. No need to choke your S400 and drop to a 4" intake. Fabricated Ram Air airbox for the 17-19 kit included to get the most out of your L5P
3" 6061 Aluminum Y bridge- Full Mandrel Bent 3" tubing to both intake runners which immediately jumps to 3.5" at the split. There is not a section in the cold side of this kit that sees less then 3.5" tubing. Integrated billet MAP bung and 2-1/8 NPT ports for monitoring or other power making activities. Port Matched Billet Intake flanges make for a smooth transition into the head
3.5" cold side tubing- 3.5" mandrel bent cold side tubing with integrated IAT bungs. Includes Billet Intercooler adapter that has proven to hold 80+psi and works with most aftermarket intercoolers
3" 2 Piece hot side pipe- 2 Piece design for ease of install. Integrated NPT ports for pre Intercooled charge system monitoring
3.5" Stainless Steel downpipe- Full Mandrel bent TIG welded Stainless Steel 3.5" Downpipe. Port Matched Flange and tubing size has been proven to make 1000+hp without becoming a restriction
Misc. components-
All Couplers and boots included- We use ONLY multi layer 4 ply reinforced Aramid fiber constructed boots and stainless steel clamps. Unlike other couplers, you won't be fighting blowing pipes off and pulling out the hairspray when your truck makes full boost
Oil Feed and Drain Lines- Includes all required plugs and fittings to have a reliable and well thought out oiling system
Coolant plugs- Includes the required billet coolant plate to plug the VGT feed directly at the source. Also includes the required heater lines to properly re route the coolant lines without making a run to the hardware store in the middle of your install

As with any new product we worked through every kink possible for a daily driver and at 1000+hp and now feel 100% confident to release this kit. We also offer complete customizability with powder coat combinations and coat the compressor cover for free with the purchase of a kit! Current lead time for this kit is 8-12 weeks from time of order. We know this is quite a long wait time but this is not a mass produced turbo kit. Every kit is built and welded by the same 2 people at FKF and undergoes a rigorous QC process. We promise and guarantee these kits are worth the wait time
Turbo Sizing Options
S467 83x74 .9ar- This is the smallest turbo we will recommend for the L5P. The L5P boasts a strong stock fuel system and this turbo has made 700+hp on stock fuel combined with our kit and proper tuning multiple times. This turbo still retains good drivability and is best combined with stock fuel and up to 100% injectors/12mm pump. Max 800hp
S472 87x82 1.0ar- This turbo is best suited with fueling and trans upgrades. Pairs well with 100s/12mm. Still works well on the street but has a higher HP threshold. Max 1000+hp
S476 87x82 1.0ar- This turbo is more performance forward and requires large injectors and pump combinations. Intercooler/converter mods recommended. Max 1200+hp
S480 96x88 1.25ar- This is a strictly performance turbo. 200%/14mm fuel system and supporting mods recommended. 1300+hp
